All rates are quoted in US Dollars. A deposit of 50% is due day of booking. Balance is due 14 days prior to date of reservation. Reservations will be cancelled if final payment not received by due date (see cancellation policy).

For cancellations 60 or more days prior to arrival, there is a cancellation fee of 25% of deposit.
For cancellations 30 or more days prior to arrival, there is a cancellation fee of 50% of deposit.
For cancellations 15 or more days prior to arrival, there is a cancellation fee of 75% of deposit.
For cancellations 14 or less days prior to arrival, there is a cancellation fee of 100% of payment.
Rules:
Any damage to resort property or possessions is your responsibility. You will be charged for missing items including linens, dishes, accessories, etc. You will be charged for any excessive cleaning that may be needed. You will be charged for damage done to the unit beyond normal wear and tear. You will be charged for violations to the house rules. There are no pets allowed on resort property and no Smoking allowed indoors at the resort.
