Payment Policy:
• All rates in Pound Sterling.
• Security deposit of £150GB required.
• A deposit of 25% of the price of the property is payable at the time of booking. The balance of your holiday as shown on the Confirmation Receipt must be paid in full at least 8 weeks before arrival date, or where the booking takes place less than 8 weeks prior to arrival the full amount is due immediately, plus standard refundable security deposit.
Cancellation Policy: Changes or cancellations made to the booking must be notified to the Owners in writing by the Customer. We will do our best to assist where possible with any reasonable changes made by the Customer, but they may not be possible. An administrative charge of £10.00 per person for each change shall apply in addition to any costs levied by our supplier as a result of the change of details such charges will be notified to the Customer. Where the Customer has requested a change to the date of holiday less than 8 weeks prior to departure, the holiday booking shall be deemed canceled and the cancellation charges referred to below will apply. Any changes to the number of people in your party must be advised to us as soon as possible.
• For cancellations made more than 56 –90 days prior to departure only the deposit will be retained by the Owners.
• Between 45 – 55 days prior to departure 25% of your holiday cost.
• Between 35 – 44 days prior to your departure 70% of your holiday cost.
• Between 15 – 34 days prior to departure 90% of your holiday cost.
• Between 0 – 14 days prior to departure 100% of your holiday cost is forfeited.
2 • Changes or Cancellations made by the Owners
• Most alterations or changes to confirmed holiday arrangements would be minor, for example small changes in inventory if necessary i.e. due to breakage by previous customers. We will always do our best to advise you of such changes.
• In the unlikely event that circumstances beyond our control necessitate the cancellation of your holiday we shall use our best endeavours to offer you alternative weeks or refer you to other owners of villas in the same area but would not take any responsibility for the new booking between you and the new Owners. Owners shall not be liable for any additional compensation.
