This fine ground-floor apartment can accommodate four to six persons. It has a floor space of approx. 60m². The living room offers two single sofa beds. The open kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner electric cooker, fridge with freezer, kettle, microwave and coffee maker. Needless to say, cutlery, kitchen utensils, dinnerware, glasses, etc are available in sufficient quantities. There are two bedrooms, one is furnished with a double bed the other with two single beds. The bathroom has a hair dryer, shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet. This apartment has a covered terrace equipped with patio furniture. From here you can enjoy a magnificent view of the lake and surrounding mountains. Each apartment is comfortably furnished and has central heating, a safe, telephone, radio and a TV with satellite receiver. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. You may smoke outside.

This apartment is located in a beautiful country villa, on the gorgeous bay of Malcesine, on the northeastern shore of Lake Garda. The villa, which dates from 1800, has been completely renovated and divided into 8 comfortable holiday apartments. It is a peaceful location yet still close enough to walk (in about 10 minutes) to the typical small village of Malcesine. The villa is situated in a splendid park and is surrounded by centuries-old trees. Guests of this carefully maintained house may use its large swimming pool with children’s area and hydro massage as well as the accompanying pool chairs, chaise lounges and parasols. Facilities of the villa also include a small fitness area, sauna and table tennis table. The holiday complex has a private parking lot.
