Kayak or sail among the islands, hike the trails, cycle the quiet roads, or simply relax and enjoy the scenery. A peaceful place with comfortable, spacious rooms all with ocean views.

Room 1 The Teazer Room A small, charming room in the farmhouse with a lovely antique double bed and en-suite bathroom. Lie in bed and watch the sun rise over the bay and Gifford Island. A beautiful view. Sleeps 2

Room 2 The Bluenose Room A large room in the farmhouse with a queen bed overlooking the lovely cove at Indian Point. Great sunrise. En-suite bathroom. TV. Sleeps 2.

Room 3 Grandma's Apartment A ground floor apartment with two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with twin beds, each with access to the bathroom. Full kitchen with dining area. Excellent ocean views. Private entrance with deck. TV. Sleeps 4.

Room 4 The Celebration Suite A bright sitting room with patio doors opening on to a large deck with lovely views over the bay and Gifford Island. The bedroom has a queen sized four poster bed with 2 person whirlpool tub in room. En-suite bathroom. TV. Sleeps 2.

Room 5 The Captain's Room A bright room in our annexe with lovely views over Gifford Island and the cove at Indian Point. A double and single bed with en-suite bathroom. Watch the sunrise. TV in sitting area. Rooms 5 and 6 share a spacious sitting room that opens on to a large deck with wonderful views and are perfect for folks traveling together. Extra person $15.

Room 6 The Skipper's Room A sunny room in our annexe with queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom. Wonderful views over the ocean and Andrew's Island. Great sunsets. TV. Rooms 5 and 6 share a spacious sitting room that opens on to a large deck with wonderful views and are perfect for folks traveling together. Sleeps 2.

Room 7 Bright's Room A sunny ground floor bedroom in our annexe with access from a nice deck overlooking the meadows and woods. A queen sized bed with en-suite bathroom. Private outside ground floor entrance. TV. Rooms 7 and 8 rented together give a private deck area. Sleeps 2.

Room 8 Lion's Room A bright ground floor bedroom in our annexe with twin beds and en-suite bathroom. Lovely views over the cove at Indian Point from the room and large deck. TV. Private outside ground floor entrance. Rooms 7 and 8 rented together give a private deck area. Sleeps 2.

Room 9 The Loft Apartment A large bright, spacious apartment with sitting and dining area and full kitchen. Galleried Loft bedroom with a queen sized bed. En-suite bathroom. Lovely ocean views and sunset. Main room opens on to a high deck with wonderful views over the cove at Indian Point and Gifford Island. TV. Sleeps 2. No Smoking, Parking Available, Near Beach, Oceanfront, Child Friendly, Beach, Waterfront, Sailing, Garden View Take exit 10 from Highway 103, turn right towards Mahone Bay and take the first left on Oakland Road, signposted Oakland / Indian Point.

Follow the road for 5.7 kms. (3.5 miles), don't worry if you leave the coast, you soon come back to it.

Left turn up our driveway.

There is a sign at the bottom of the drive.
