Costa Maya Luxury Villa-Family Friendly - Fishing-Snorkeling-Diving 4 bedroom luxury private villa on secluded white sand beach. Great diving and snorkeling- fishing charters on site. Reef right out front. Villa is large and consists of two complete & separate living units with central courtyard between them. May be rented individually or combined for groups from 2-12. Satellite TV, broadband internet, and use of kayaks included. We have been repeatedly told our villa is one of the most beautiful homes on the entire coast. We also have on site fishing charters for both off shore and fly fishing with Carlos Cartillos - one of the premier fishing guides in the area - 18 years as a chief guide. Payment in full required at time of booking for special discount bookings. Fishing charters for both off shore and fly fishing will be quoted separately. These are fully guided and equipped charters suitable for one or two persons at a time. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received 60 days prior to arrival are fully refundable minus a $150 booking fee. After that cancellations not accepted. Rules: This is a private home rented when we are not there. Treat it and its belongings as you would your own. Any damage is the responsibility of the guest.
