A Chele : Lies in Hills with Stunning Views over Vineyards and Olive Groves 'A Chele' is a charming 18th century Farm House situated near Lucca in Tuscany. It lies in the hills with stunning views over vineyards and olive groves towards Lucca. The property has been restored to a high standard and was finished in March 2006. The original character of the house has been preserved by using original materials including cotto floors, chestnut beamed ceilings, and local marble.
The property in Tuscany is situated in 26 acres of its own olive groves vineyards and woodland in a quiet secluded area. The house is on 3 floors and includes 7 bedrooms all en-suite. The swimming pool is integrated into the terraced vineyards. The south-facing loggia and patio provide beautiful views along the valley. Ground Floor - Roomy lounge with ample seating and impressive fireplace as a focus.
First Floor - Landing with access to patio via outside stairway, and leading to light-filled sitting room with triple aspect, and access to charming covered outdoor stairs to the garden. Family room with TV and DVD. Master bedroom with ante room, fireplace, king size double or twin beds, en-suite bathroom finished in Carrara marble.
