Ref 7923 Tan y Bryn is a semi-detached cottage in the pretty village of Llwyngwril, in the Snowdonia National Park. With two bedrooms, a double and a family room with adults bunks and a single bed, this property sleeps a total of five. There is also a family bathroom, a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with an Inglenook fireplace housing a woodburner. Outside there is off road parking and a front patio with furniture and a chiminea. With so much to do in this lovely area. Tan y Bryn makes an ideal base.

Storage heaters throughout, with additional heating from woodburner in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, flat screen TV with Freesat, DVD. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking via bridleway for 2 cars in front of cottage, additional FOC parking in the village car parks approx. 5 mins walk. Front patio area with garden furniture and chiminea. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 mins walk, pub 1 min walk. Beach 10 mins walk. Note: The property is accessed via a 10 metre, single track bridleway which may be unusable for cars in adverse weather. No Telephone, No Smoking, Parking Available, No Pets Allowed, Child Friendly, Washer/Dryer, Double Bed

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Sat'.
