Ref 6519 Bwthyn-y-Rhiw is a lovely cottage set in an isolated position, only three miles from the town of Llandeilo, 15 miles from Carmarthen. This cottage sleeps four people and has two bedrooms, consisting of one double and one twin, as well as a ground floor shower room and a first floor basin and WC. The rest of the cottage is made up of a fitted kitchen with dining area and a sitting room. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for 2 cars and an enclosed patio with furniture and BBQ. Bwthyn-y-Rhiw is a terrific holiday cottage close to many attractions to suit all tastes.

Full gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, colour TV with Freeview, DVD, stereo/CD, small library of books games and DVDs. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed patio with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles. Note: Front door leads straight onto a quiet country road so children should be supervised. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Sat'.
