Ref 7191 The Cider House is a detached, barn conversion cottage on a working farm on the edge of the village of Llanddewi Skirrid, just 5 miles from Abergavenny in South Wales. The cottage has one king-size double, one twin and one single bedroom and two family bathrooms, making it suitable for five people. Also in the cottage are a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and a wood burning stove. Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars, a covered area for bike storage and a sitting area with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Set in glorious countryside, The Cider House is a lovely cottage for exploring this part of South Wales.

Oil central heating with additional heating from woodburner in sitting room. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, chest freezer, washing machine, flat screen TV/DVD. Fuel, power and starter pack of fuel for woodburner inc. in rent (extra wood can be purchased from the owner). Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot. Off road parking for 2 cars. Covered area for bike storage. Enclosed rear gravel area with furniture, BBQ and access to paddock. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 5 miles. Pub 3 miles. Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Sat'.
