With one double bedroom and a large shower room, this cottage is a perfect hideaway for a romantic retreat. It also has an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a comfortable sitting room. Outside the cottage is a private patio with garden furniture as well as use of the owner's garden and secure off road parking for two cars. Perfectly located for exploring the North Wales coast, Snowdonia and the Roman city of Chester, Garden View is a superb holiday cottage whatever the time of year.

Washing machine, sink and indoor drying facilities located in adjoining utility room, along with luggage storage area and secure covered bike storage. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private decked area and patio with furniture, plus use of owners' lawned garden. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Small shop 2.5 miles. Pub/restaurant 10 mins walk. Note: Ponds in garden; please ensure children are supervised at all times. Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Sat'.
