Less than 4 weeks before arrival -- 100% of rental charge
We reserves the right to cancel the booking if the balance payable is not received 8 weeks prior to arrival. or if through circumstances beyond the our control it is necessary to cancel the rental agreement. We will refund any monies paid by the client, without interest or further compensation if we an not find a replacement accommodation of equal or better standard as an alternative to a full refund but availability cannot be guaranteed.
