The villa is ideally located on the southeast coast of Rhodes and is only steps away from the beautiful clear blue waters of Lothiarika Beach.
This spacious, three bedroom, two storey villa with a private pool can accommodate up to seven guests and, if more rooms are required, there is a detached studio next door than can accommodate an additional five guests. A vacation in Rhodes at Villa Angelina is guaranteed to be a vacation you will never forget. The villa is located in the much-desired area of Lardos on the southeast coast of Rhodes in between the villages of Lardos and Pefkos. This peaceful area will allow you to unwind and enjoy the splendours that this magical island has to offer. Lardos is only three kilometers from the historic village of Lindos, so excitement and history are only a short car, taxi or bus journey away. Villa Angelina is the perfect getaway for any time of the year because it contains a central heating system, an independent solar water heating system and is fully air-conditioned for your comfort. Villa Angelina is the perfect setting for your next holiday, so why not treat yourself to the luxury and comfort you deserve.
The Villa is suitable for 7 (or up to 12) persons. It has 2 floors and consists of :
• 3 bedrooms 2 double and one triple.
• 2 complete bathrooms 1 with Jacuzzi bathtub and one with shower.
• A fully - equipped kitchen with dining area.
• A very spacious and comfortable lounge, with fireplace, hi-fi system and satellite T.V.
• Lounge, kitchen, one of the double bedrooms with bathtub are on the ground floor, while the remaining bedrooms and shower room are on the upper floor.
• The villa is spacious and airy and provides central heating for the winter.
• Note: Next to the villa there is a detached studio (as luxurious as the villa) with a double bed, shower, kitchen and lounge in case the rental requires 8-9 persons.
• In the event that extra beds are required, there is a two-sitter couch (in the studio) which converts into a semi double bed and a non-convertible three-sitter couch which can accommodate one person more (up to 12 persons).
• The studio is not given independently but only in demand of the client who has rented the villa and requires 1-2 persons more.
• All rooms (bedrooms, lounge rooms e.t.c) are fully air-conditioned and free of charge.
Location :
Villa Angelina is ideally located on the southeast coast of Rhodes between Lardos and Pefkos. This area belongs to the municipality of Lindos and is only three kilometres from this famous village. This unusual village, renowned for its traditional Dodecanese houses and picturesque location overlooking a beautiful gulf, is not to be missed by visitors to the island. The villa is directly in front of Lothiarika Beach, which is an excellent spot for swimming. The beach is made up of sand and shingles and has sunbeds and umbrellas available for hire for those wishing to relax at the beach. Lothiarika has several tavernas, restaurants, snack-bars and mini-markets as well as a number of shops.
The villages of Lardos and Pefkos are only a five-minute drive away and there you will find a range of shops, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, car rental agencies and currency exchange facilities. Payment Policy:
For rates please contact owner.
- The client shall (save where 3.2 applies) upon submitting the booking form pay a deposit of 25% of the total amount due.
- Upon receipt of deposit the owner of the villa shall supply the client with a confirmation / invoice which will advise the date that the balance is due (6 to 8 weeks prior to departure). Further reminders are not normally sent.
- In the event of the client making a booking under 6 weeks prior to departure the full amount is due at the time of booking. Cancellation Policy:
If the client cancels the booking, the following charges are due :
- 6 weeks or more prior to departure – deposit only.
- 3-6 weeks prior to departure – 50% of rate.
- 0-3 weeks prior to departure – 75% of rate.
- No charge at all is due in case the villa is booked, on the same dates, from another client (which may also be a friend of the client or anybody else acceptable by the owner).
- The date of cancellation shall be deemed to be the date that the owner of the villa receives written notification (or an e-mail). Rules:
