This beautiful villa has a floor space of about 120 square meters and is suitable for 4 to 5 persons. Both in front of and behind the house there are covered terraces which provide wonderful views of the park. The terraces are equipped with patio furniture. The house has 2 floors. You enter the apartment from a terrace and then you are in the hallway. On the ground floor you will find a large living room which is equipped with a 1-person sofa bed. The kitchen is fully-equipped with, among other things, a gas oven, toaster oven, kettle, microwave, fridge with freezer and coffee maker. On this floor there is also a bathroom with toilet, washing machine and bidet. From an interior staircase you access the 1st floor where you will find two bedrooms. One is furnished with a double bed and has a balcony. The other has two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, toilet and bidet. Every room has (more than) enough closets. The apartment is functional and has central heating and a television with satellite connection. Guests of this apartment have their own space in the garden which includes a hammock!

This detached house is only 250 meters from the Ionian Sea, on the southeastern coast of Sicily, at the seaside resort of Lido di Noto. This resort is famous for its beautiful sandy beaches. The house is surrounded by a beautiful park of about 1,000 m2. The park is fenced. Here you can enjoy the sunshine as well as the beautiful garden. In the garden you will find many old trees and tropical plants, which offer lots of shade on hot summer days. You can also enjoy delicious grilled food here! The house has its own parking lot.
