This nicely furnished apartment with balcony is located on the first floor of a building in the center of Levanto, 50 meters from the beach and boulevard. This apartment has an entrance and a spacious and bright living room with a sofa bed suitable for two persons. There is a dining area and a television plus a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. There are two bedrooms one of which is furnished with a double bed, the one has two single beds. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. There is no elevator in the building. From the bedroom you have access to the balcony.

Getting there
This two-room, 1st-floor apartment with balcony is located in the center of Levanto, just 50 meters from the beach. Ideal for a holiday at sea or a visit to the Cinque Terre (which is part of UNESCO's World Heritage list) with its wonderful landscapes and beautiful views of the sea. Levanto is known as the "port" to the Parco Nazionale delle Cinque Terre. In order to reach the Cinque Terre you must take the train (the apartment is within walking distance of the station).These five picturesque villages are virtually inaccessible by car but are accessible by railway and one of the most beautiful coastal footpaths in Europe. While walking along this route you have continuous panoramic views of the sea and surrounding terraced hills. The Cinque Terre is bounded by walls and olive and lemon groves interspersed with small vineyards from which the famous local white wine is made. And of course, lots of beautiful flowers everywhere! Further inland you can walk through the fragrant maquis hills.
