This 3-room apartment has an area of about 60 m2 and is suitable for 6 persons. It consists of a living room, 2 bedrooms, a kitchenette, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a balcony. The living room has a trundle bed. Each of the two bedrooms disposes either of 2 single beds or a double bed. The kitchen includes a fridge, microwave / grill, electric hob and dishwasher.
In most apartments the toilet is located in a separate room, but it can also be in the bathroom.

Getting there
Your holiday destination, this famous sea-side resort, the largest in the Vendée, on the Atlantic coast, is lively both in the day-time and in the evening. It's an ideal destination to spend a holiday with family or friends, near many sheltered, sandy beaches and with a long and rugged coastline.
Near the resort you will find many beaches : the main beach : South-facing, the bay of the Sables d’Olonne stretches over 3 kilometres of fine sandy beach, ideal for relaxing and swimming, being well-sheltered, well looked after and with a life-guard present. It is well equipped with tents, beach clubs for children and adults, as well as a water-sports; the beach of the Tanchet : At the very south of the town; la Chaume La Paracou and Sauveterre : Miles of unspoilt, rugged and rocky coastline.
The residence is situated in the middle of a pine-forest, 700m from the beach and 1.5km from the center of the town. It is made up of three 3 or 4-store buildings, built around a swimming pool and placed in a peaceful and luxuriant, green setting. Shops, casino and thalasso therapy at 500 m.
