GENERAL PROPERTY INFORMATIONS Across the road from the beach. Great value. Position: The beach is across the road and the house is close to the supermarket with the shops just under a mile away. The old town centre of les Sables d'Olonne has many shops, covered markets and street markets. There are plenty of excellent restaurants on the harbour and on the sea front. The beach of La Paracou with its fine golden sand is only a mile away. Take a boat at high tide to ride through the saltern which is also a bird reserve. You are well placed for exploring all that Vendée has to offer whether it be a trip to the fabulous historical theme park at Le Puy du Fou or a trip to the sophisticated walled city of La Rochelle via the lush green countryside of the Marais Poitevin with its criss-cross of pretty waterways.
