Pool Villa Les Issambres - Situated in a Calm, Green Area Situated in a calm, green area at the end of a blind alley. The house is located in the part of Les Issambres called 'Collines de Garonette'. From the backside of the house you have the most beautiful view over the protected green area, where you find several paths for running and hiking. On the covered terrace in front of the house there is a view to the Mediterranean. On the closed ground you can find shadow and sun all day long. Behind the house you find the pool and a large terrace with garden furniture and deck chairs for 8 persons.

There is 2 km t0 the sandy beach, the ocean and the bakery, and 2,5 km to the San Peïre (centre of Les Issambres), where you find shops, a cosy harbour with a ferry connection to St. Tropez (in the summer period) and a weekly market. The house is a typical Provencal house in 2 levels. The house was built in 1975 and the 1st floor was built in 2003. On the ground-floor you find 3 bed rooms with double beds (160 * 200). There is a bathroom with shower and toilet to one of the bed rooms, and another bathroom with shower and a separate toilet to the other 2 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a view to the sea, the other 2 have a view to the mountains. From the living room and the separate kitchen there is also a sea view. The living room is furnished with 2 sofas for each 3 persons and dining table for 8 persons. From the terrace there is exit to a large covered terrace with a dining table for 10 persons.

The 1st floor is connected to the ground-floor by an outdoor staircase, which makes the house ideal for 2 families or 2 generations. On the 1sf floor you find 2 bedrooms with double beds (160 * 200), a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Living room with kitchen corner. The living room is furnished with a large sofa, TV and a dining table for 4 persons. There is exit to a roof terrace with garden furniture and the most beautiful view over the mountains. The house is newly decorated and furnished in a modern, Provencal style with tiles on the floors.
