We are pleased to present you our holiday lodging, LE BELVEDERE, set in the countryside just outside the beautiful village of "Les ARCS sur Argens, in Provence, Cote d'Azur, France. Ou villa is independent but not isolated, in midst of a domain of 4 acres with oaks and pines, a beautiful garden with lavender, rosmarin, roses, lauriel and palms. The access road is a dead-end, and our villa is far enough from the noisy roads, secluded from the neighbours view, which made you feel in a peaceful haven.
Bernard and Brigitte welcomes you in their no smoking holiday lodging or B & B,with 2 rooms that share a bathroom. Occupancy limit is 4 persons. One of the rooms feature a king-size bed with direct access to the veranda. In the veranda you find table, chairs and armchairs, chanel-TV, DVD player, free Wi-Fi connection, books and games. The other room have a twin bed and authentic country style furniture with access to the terraces. Bed linen are included and we can offer a crib and a baby chair. If necessary, towels can be rented. The bathroom has a shower, a sink wash basin and a separate toilet.
The summer kitchen is situated between the house and the pool, also just renovated, and has complete dishware set, micro wave- oven, a fridge with freezer, a stove, toaster and coffee machine.The pool measures 12m by 6.5m with depth ranging from 0.8m to 2.10m and is secured by a pool alarm and is big enough for swimming and is surrounded by terraces with lounge chairs and sunshades. The pool and its surroundings is cleaned every 2 or 3 days by Bernard, and Brigitte takes care of the garden. You are welcome to enjoy and to share the swimming pool with your hosts. The quiet and idyllic environment instantly releases your stress and makes you feel on vacation. Using the “Rosé de Provence” in our corner of paradise is not prohibited yet. On Golf Course, Fireplace, Visual Alarm, Near Water Park, Shower, Forest View, Rock Fireplace, Terrace, Garden View, Antiques, Oceanfront, Private Outdoor Pool, Riverfront, Golf, Hardwood Floors LES ARCS is located 25 km from the Méditerranée, between St Tropez and Verdon Canyon and the spectacular Gorges du Verdon are just 1 hour driving with one day visiting the canyon and the lake Ste Croix and the lavender fields of Valensole. Far enough from the noisy roads but close to the romantic villages nearby, the famous vineyards that produce Côtes de Provence'. Fréjus the ancient amphitheatre, the beautiful sandy beaches of Ste Aygulf-Les Issambres- and Ste Maxime, departure of the shuttles to les Iles du Levant. The arrival to Saint Tropez by boat and following the sail races, will be an unforgetable experience. Some TGV trains stops at Les Arcs. Nice airport is at 85 km Toulon airport at 90km and Marseille 130km. The closest exit of highway AIX - Nice is 10km.

Upon confirmation of your reservation by mail or phone an account of 25% is required at the time of reservation, depending on length of stay. The booking will not be confirmed until the money is received. Upon arrival day we will require payment the rest +50 € cleaning fees and a security deposit Payment must be made by cash, money order or Paypal. We do not accept credit cards. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation policy: ¿We will give you a full refund if you cancel up to 45 days before the arrival date, provided the owner is able to re-rent the unit under the same terms and conditions of this agreement. Less than 45 days from date of arrival, the refund will be limited to 30% of your deposit, provided the owner can re-rent the apartment under the same terms and conditions of this agreement. (There is no refund for cancellations made within 30 days of your reserved dates. All amounts paid, Reservation Deposit and Final Payment, will be forfeited. ) No refund is due (or will be made) for inclement weather. If you must leave earlier, we do not give refunds for any reason. An additional 10% service fee applies to all cancellations. Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
During stay, Guest agrees to bag garbage and place the bags into the city garbage container. It is advised to put out the garbage every day. You are welcome to enjoy and to share the swimming pool with your hosts from 8 am to 12:30 pm and 3.00 pm to 8 pm, to respect meal and sleeping time The pool is equipped with a detector, compliant with the french norm NF 90-307 as required by law. This alarm shall not replace parenting responsibility and vigilance. Parents should supervise their children around the pool at ALL TIMES. You are responsible for the safety of your children around the pool and for any damage they might cause during your stay. Air mattresses and plastic boats are not allowed in the pool. We cannot accept animals. Smoking is not permitted under any circumstances inside the apartment, the veranda and around the house. Smoking is only allowed “outside”. If there is any evidence of smoking inside, the guests will be asked to leave immediately and will forfeit any fees already paid. An additional cleaning fee will also be charged against the deposit.
