Payment Policy: All rate are in US Dollars. Visa/MasterCard accepted Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Policy: There will be a charge of $100.00 for all reservations canceled. Reservations that total more than 7 nights will be charged $100 per week. All summer-season cancellations after 7 days are subject to forfeiture of the entire deposit amount unless the property is re-rented at the full rental rate; a refund will then be made less the cancellation charge. Once the final payment is made 30 days prior to arrival the stay cannot be canceled and the total rental rate for the week will be forfeited. For multiple weeks booked, final payment is due 45 days before arrival prior to the stay, cannot be canceled, and the total rent rate for the week will be forfeited. Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice. Check in and Check out: Check out is at 10:00am promptly; no additional time can be given in the months of July and August; those not out by 10:00am will be assessed $50.00.
