Leigh - panoramic sea views, 3 bedroom self-contained house on 7 private acres. Panoramic sea views abound from this sunny, tranquil self-contained 3 bedroom house which sleeps 7-10. Facilities include ensuite bathrooms in each bedroom, open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area, fireplace and sliding doors onto wrap-around decks. The house has wooden floors and attracts all day sun. We are wheelchair friendly with a wet floor bathroom. A fully equipped kitchen enables self-catering and there are also excellent restaurants nearby. Nearleigh has 7 acres of native bush and organic gardens which are home to numerous native bird species. Walk down our private track to the harbour & wharf, visit Goat Island Marine Reserve (5 minutes) or nearby Pakiri, Omaha and Tawharanui Beaches. Rates apply to the entire house. Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in NZ Dollars.
We require a deposit to confirm the booking - normally NZD200 - 300. We accept internet payments, international transfers, paypal, nz cheques or cash.
The balance of payment is due on arrival, or if using internet banking, transfers or Paypal we require payment to be made at least 7 days before arrival. Cancellation Policy: A cancellation more than 30 days from the date of booking means the guest will be entitled to a refund of the deposit paid, minus a booking fee of $50.
A cancellation less than 30 days from the date of booking means the deposit is non refundable unless we can book the same period at the same rate, in which case we will refund the deposit minus a booking fee of $50. December / January Cancellation Policy:-
A cancellation more than 60 days from the date of booking means the guest will be entitled to a refund of the deposit paid, minus a booking fee of $100.
A cancellation less than 60 days from the date of booking means the deposit is non refundable unless we can book the same period at the same rate, in which case we will refund the deposit minus a booking fee of $200. Rules: WE HAVE A DEFINITE POLICY OF NO PARTIES WHATSOEVER!
If this is your intention then we suggest you find another venue. However if you just want a nice relaxing place to have a few quiet drinks on the deck while enjoying the view then this is definitely the place for you.
You are expected to leave the place as you found it, all cleaning equipment is left for you to use.
