Charming Villa with swimmimg pool Italy Salento (Apulia) near the sea We lease a luxuriant villa with two indipendent habitations, immersed in the green of a land rich of secular salentini olive trees (about 15.000 mq), palms, pines and floral exotic exemplary. Oasis of relax in direct contact with nature, they combines silence and tranquillity of country with comforts and services of the two habitations in Mediterranean style with excellent habitability. All the property is fenced and there is a wide gate to have acces to the main arcade... There is a beautiful and private swimming pool with wide space around between gardens.Wide party space...

We called the first house as “I Palmizi”: Wonderful house with wide terrace covered with a wood portico, ideal to have lunch and dinner in the air of campaign (country). Under the portico you can play table tennis using the table placed there or you can relax on the porch swing. 1 living room/dining room: a wide room, furnished in Mediterranean style and with fireplace and TV. 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom and 2 double bedrooms. The “Palmizi” is very close to the swimming pool and the mini rural soccer field and it have a ping-pong table under the portico, a beehive wood feeding oven and a barbecue: you can cook PIZZA and BREAD!

The second house is “La Ninfea”: Graceful lodge with a little court, sheltered from the heat and glare of sunlight by olive trees and cypress that make it fresh and comfortable even in the warmest days. In the court there’s a barbecue with adequate illumination, ideal for outdoor dinner and grill; the entrance is covered with a portico and leads to principal room: an elegant living/dining room with cooking zone with all new accessories. Hence you achieve the two bedrooms (with double beds) and the bathroom. A wide car parking in the shade of olive trees is at disposal in front of the house. Exit at Ugento-Taurisano. Turn left to Taurisano and you fill find indication of "Tenuta Zingarelle" : turn right and follow the other indications.
