Ref 3963 Situated on the edge of the pretty village of Lealholm, just nine miles from Whitby is The Cottage. A gorgeous stone built terraced cottage, The Cottage is very welcoming and has been furnished and decorated throughout to a high standard. The Cottage sleeps three p[eople and has two bedrooms - one double and one single. The lovely cosy living room has a woodburning stove and is set into a stone feature fireplace. The Cottage also has a fitted kitchen with dining area and a bathroom. The enclosed patio that overlooks the stunning Esk Valley to the rear of the cottage is perfect to relax in after a busy day exploring the area. The village of Lealholm has many amenities and walks which means that there is so much to see and do within this area at any time of the year.

Central heating from woodburner in sitting room, additional heating from electric heaters. Electric oven & hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, colour TV with Freesat, DVD, radio/CD. Fuel & power inc. in rent. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Travel cot & highchair on request. Roadside parking outside cottage. Enclosed rear patio with furniture & BBQ. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop & pub 10 mins walk. Note: Steep cottage stairs leading to first floor. Note: Owner of neighbouring cottage has right of access to their property via The Cottage patio, though this is rarely used. No Telephone, No Smoking, Child Friendly, Crib, No Parking Available, Washer/Dryer, Double Bed

Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Sat'.
