Payment Policy: our rates are in US dollars ... we require a 500 dollar hold deposit to reserve your booking......this deposit becomes a damage deposit at check in. Deposit is fully refundable at check out as long as everything "checks out" ( no damage and the carpets do not need to be cleaned )The fee for your stay plus a 125 dollar housekeeping fee is due at check in Cancellation Policy: Because vacation rentals are usually booked far in advance ,unlike motel rooms, a cancellation would most likely cause the loss of booking for that time period . For that reason , deposits are not refundable if you cancel. So be sure that you can make your dates before you book them . Rules: there is a 200 dollar per month "cap" on both the gas and electric .... this means that if you want the pool heated in the winter or the house excessivly cool in the summer you may go over the cap and have to pitch in on the utilities. long term guests (one month or more) pay their own utilities. smoking is allowed out side on the balcony , or by the pool or in the courtyard ..... NO SMOKING in the house . Because some people are alergic to pets, we do not allow them ........ otherwise the rule of thumb is .... ENJOY
