West Maui Cottages : 3 Bedroom Palm House Beautifully Furnished, Amazing Views This special place is tucked away on a huge lot in a residential community with spectacular panoramic views of West Maui's three Neighbor Islands and huge ocean horizons. Yet, its just minutes to all the world famous dining, art gallaries, golf courses, beaches, nightlife and shopping that beautiful West Maui and historic Lahaina town have to offer.
To accomodate larger parties - 6 adults with each couple wanting their own bedroom, or groups of 8 to 9 where using common/living areas for sleeping is expected - you can use the entire Palm House in its 3BR/3BA configuration. By opening the connecting door between the 1BR/1BA Ohana and the 2BR/2BA Palm House, you have one large, (1,900 sf), spacious and open floor plan 3BR/3BA home to share.
The living room of the Ohana, with its double futon, provides a semi-private sleeping area for a couple, since the group will mostly use the main living room area and kitchen in the 2BR/2BA Palm House wing. The photos in the slideshow below show both wings of the home with the connecting door open from various perspectives. This configuration has been a real winner for many get togethers of friends and family. Payment Policy: All the Rates are in US Dollars.
Rates are for 6 guests. Add $10/night for each additional guest. Maximun capacity for this property is 9 persons. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel 60 days (2 months) or more prior to your arrival day, we issue a full refund minus the fee. For holiday season reservations (involving Christmas and/or New Years), the cancellation window is 120 days, or 4 months out instead of 2 months out. The refund will not include PayPal fees, if you elected that form of payment, as we are not recipients of those fees. If you cancel within 60 days of your arrival date (or within 120 days if it is a holiday season reservation), the refund is based on our ability to fill your reserved dates. We will refund as many of your reserved dates as we are able to fill, at the rate we are able to negotiate, minus the cancellation fee. Your reserving with a credit card and/or payment is explicit acceptance of this policy.
A fully refundable cleaning/damage deposit of $200.00 is required. Please add Hawaii/AccomTax of 13.25% when you are figuring your total rate. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change. We are owner operated and live right here in West Maui, so you never have to deal with an impersonal rental agency There are no out clean or other additional fees. We thoroughly clean the condo prior to your arrival and our cleaner can be hired by you for intermediate cleaning if you wish. Rules: Rates are Subjected to Change without Prior Notice.
We require payment of 50% of your total due when you make your reservation in order to hold your dates. For longer stays, installment payments can be arranged. You must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to your arrival date. Once you are paid in full, we email you directions and check-in procedures. We take a credit card number to hold your dates immediately until your first payment arrives in the mail. Payment can be made by personal/bank check, money order and/or PayPal (to include the PayPal fee).
