It is a small, and by far the most home-like, with lots of owner occupants, in a very nice area of north Lahaina. You can walk most everywhere (Safeway, Ka'anapali beaches, the Cannery Mall) or take the free shopping shuttle all over the west side. In car-intensive Maui, this resort makes it so easy, you might find you almost don't want a car - you could just relax on your lanai and watch the green sea turtle activity until the sun sets lingeringly over Lanai, then stroll down to Aloha Mixed Plate for dinner and listen to the music of the Old Lahaina Luau wafting over from next door.

Rates are for 2 guests. Add $10/night for each additional guest, up to the maximum of 4.
A fully refundable cleaning/damage deposit of $200.00 is required. Please add Hawaii/AccomTax of 13.25% when you are figuring your total rate. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change. We are owner operated and live right here in West Maui, so you never have to deal with an impersonal rental agency There are no out clean or other additional fees. We thoroughly clean the condo prior to your arrival and our cleaner can be hired by you for intermediate cleaning if you wish. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel 60 days (2 months) or more prior to your arrival day, we issue a full refund minus the fee. For holiday season reservations (involving Christmas and/or New Years), the cancellation window is 120 days, or 4 months out instead of 2 months out. The refund will not include PayPal fees, if you elected that form of payment, as we are not recipients of those fees. If you cancel within 60 days of your arrival date (or within 120 days if it is a holiday season reservation), the refund is based on our ability to fill your reserved dates. We will refund as many of your reserved dates as we are able to fill, at the rate we are able to negotiate, minus the cancellation fee. Your reserving with a credit card and/or payment is explicit acceptance of this policy. Rules: Rates are Subjected to Change without Prior Notice.
We require payment of 50% of your total due when you make your reservation in order to hold your dates. For longer stays, installment payments can be arranged. You must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to your arrival date. Once you are paid in full, we email you directions and check-in procedures. We take a credit card number to hold your dates immediately until your first payment arrives in the mail. Payment can be made by personal/bank check, money order and/or PayPal (to include the PayPal fee).
