It is comfortable, stylishly furnished and well equipped. The location is about 2 kilometers from Lagos center with plenty of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. The large ‘Intermarche’ supermarket is about 1 km away as are Aldi and Lidl.
Taxis, which are reasonably priced here, can be used to get to the centre or for heavy loads of shopping as well as transfers to and from Faro airport however a hire car is recommended.
The beach is about 5 minutes drive from the property For golfers the picturesque links course at Palmares is about 4 km from the property and several other courses, including the new Boavista (about 1 kim away), Penina, Parque de Floresta and Alto are all a short drive away. Debit and Credit cards accepted (Credit card +2%). Despoit required at time of booking with final payments made 8 weeks before departure for holiday. Damages / Breakages Deposit is £300.00 and can be secured with Debit / Credit Card before departure or in some cases, is payable on arrival.
The deposit will be refunded within 21 days of return date or, in some cases, before departure after deduction of electricity used and less any excess cleaning costs and replacement or repairs for damage to the property or any of its contents. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel the accommodation up to 3 months prior to departure you will lose your Deposit. 50% of total cost of accommodation is charged if you cancel 2 months prior to departure. 100% of total cost of accommodation is charged if you cancel less than 2 months prior to departure. All cancellations must be in writing. Admin fees may apply. Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice. All rates are in GBP sterling.
