Residence 'Le Soleil' can accommodate up to 10 persons and has a total area of 160 m2. The layout on the ground floor: a hall with a separate toilet and stairs. The living room has comfortable sofas, a television with DVD player, a radio with CD player, a fireplace and electric heating. The open kitchen is fully-equipped including a refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave (oven-grill) and built-in oven. There is also a coffeemaker and ample kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery available so you do not need to bring any from home. The cozy dining area is situated at the rear of the house and has a long table with seating for 10. There is a shed located behind the kitchen. Here you will find a washing machine, sauna, shower stall, sink and drying rack. There is also a garage containing a freezer and firewood (use for a fee). On the first floor you will find 5 bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed. Two bedrooms each have 2 single beds. The last two bedrooms are furnished with bunk beds. On the 1st floor you will find a bathroom with a bathtub and shower plus a double sink and toilet. Duvets and pillows are available. There is patio furniture in the garden along with an umbrella and a barbeque.

Getting there
The Le Soleil holiday house was built in 2009. It is situated on the edge of Samrée, in the heart of the Ardenne. Samree lies 157 km from Brussels and is only 8 km from La Roche and the Baraque de Fraiture ski resort. The area is characterized by forests containing many hiking trails. It is also an ideal area for cycling. For those looking for more action, in the nearby surroundings you can go mountain biking, kayaking, quad biking, rock climbing or fishing (in one of the many trout ponds in the vicinity). In winter this region is sure of snow as it lies at an altitude of between 500 and 600 meters. You can go cross-country skiing in Samrée (begin within 200 meters) and ski slopes can be found at the resort of Baraque de Fraiture (8 km). In summer you can also find a number of attractions in the area.
