A 50% deposit is required to hold the reservation. The remainder is due 30 days prior to arrival. Stays of 1 month and longer, balance due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 60 days prior to arrival date for an 80% refund. Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
It is a non smoking building. Pets are subject to prior approval only. There is a $50.00 U.S. Key Deposit required at check in. Your deposit will be refunded at check out when the keys are returned. Maximum occupancy 4 persons. When a booking is made for 2 guests an additional charge will be applied of $15.00 per person per night for each additional guest, maximum 2 persons.
