Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollar.
Payment must be by visa or mastercard. A refundable security fee of $500 is charged to lock in your dates. The full rental fee must be paid by one month before arrival to confirm the reservation. After pay- ment/confirmation you will be issued your access pass to gain entrance to the neighborhood and villa. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation before payment of rental fee will forfeit 10% of security fee paid. Cancellation after rental payment will result in forfeiture of 100% of rental fee unless the unit can be rented by another guest for the same time period. Rules: The villa is rented for maximum of 4 persons - no exception. The unit is non-smoking only and no pets are allowed. All guests are responsible for conducting themselves in a civil and considerate manner as punta esmeralda is a residential community. Children and non-swimmers must be supervised as no life guard service is provided.
