Villa No 2 : Located in Peaceful Tropical Hotel Complex Near Kuta Beach Our villa's are located in the famous Bali Kuta District and offer a quality standard of accommodation for familiy and groups of friends at an affordable price. Located in a peaceful tropical hotel complex which consists of stand alone private villa's and cottages in Legian. This villa is walking distance to shops, restaurants, Bali's popular night life and Kuta Beach - The villa has 2 spacious bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 guests.

Both of our villa's are in secure complex's in the central busy tourist areas of Kuta district which is the most well known tourist shopping, restaurant and bars area in all of Bali. Both of these villa's offer you a peaceful retreat from the bustling outside environment that Kuta offers it's tourists.

Step into your own tropical oasis right in the centre of Legian. This 2 bedroom villa sleeps up to 6 guests. A delightful escape awaits you here with tropical surroundings and gardens unlike any other in Legian. The property has stand alone villa's and cottages and reflects Balinese charm whilst the villa itself reflects modern day luxury.

This villa is pool facing and just steps away from our large resort style swimming pool. The pool has a separate children pool attached to the main swimming pool and there are sun loungers to relax and enjoy this beautiful pool area. We have a private garden door entrance to our villa. The villa is 2 levels.

The downstairs level consists of a beautiful private garden with a fishpond, waterfall and an outdoor shower. There is an outdoor sitting area with table and chairs and a comfy sofa seat. Step through the large glass sliding doors from your private garden retreat to enter the inside living, dining and kitchen area. There is another toilet and handbasin and a computer desk with a computer, printer and free unlimited internet connection as well as free Wifi.

The upstairs level consists of the bedrooms and another bathroom. The master bedroom has an extra king size bed and the room is very spacious with it's own private balcony. The second bedroom is also very spacious and has a king size bed as well as a single bed with another single roll out trundle mattress. The second bedroom can sleep 4 guests in this room.

There is also a door to the upstairs balcony from this bedroom. The upstairs balcony overlooks the pool area. Both bedrooms have their own TV's and DVD players. The upstairs bathroom is spacious and luxurious with it's double hand basins, large bathtub with optional shower above the bath as well as another separate shower and toilet. The villa is fully air-conditioned.

The villa is fully equipped and serviced to ensure you a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The villa is fully air-conditioned A hot and cold water dispenser with unlimited free drinking water for the duration of your stay. A fully equipped kitchen with a large full size refrigerator and freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cook-top, cooking utensils, plates, and cutlery.

A computer with free unlimited internet access and wifi is available. Satellite and Cable TV with a large range of English programmes. A 42 inch LCD television with surround sound stereo system. All rooms have televisions and DVD players.

A telephone which we provide free local calls to our guests (international calls are not permitted). All linen provided including bed linen, pool towels and bath towels. The complex has a lovely large shared swimming pool. There is a children pool attached to the main pool. The villa is pool facing, giving you easy access to enjoy and relax.
