This house is part of a natural environment surrounded by an 8000m² park. All 3 apartments are located in one villa, but they provide plenty of privacy for a peaceful holiday. You can choose which part of the park you would like to spend your time in: surrounded by flowers, grapes or olives. You can also visit the nearby beach or the beaches of Porec which are just 2.5km away. You can go fishing in the small lake of the villa, or play basketball, volleyball or table tennis. Chess and card games are available as well. There is a small child pool and wooden play cottage for the kids. Only 500 meters from the villa lies a tennis center with 4 courts. There is a bicycle path next to the house. The owner is happy to provide his bicycle for your use.
