The apartment is part of a new boutique development in an elevated position behind the Venetian fishermen’s houses and stone jetties that line the waterfront in Muo. The apartment is light and airy with floor to ceiling windows and two terraces extending from the main living area and master bedroom. It is well-appointed and has been equipped and furnished to the highest standards in a contemporary style.
There is a climate control system (cooling/heating),together with flat-screen TV, DVD and hi-fi systems . Everything has been provided with comfort and convenience in mind.
