This cottage was renovated in 2010 and can accommodate up to 4 persons and has a total (residential) area of approximately 85m². The format is as follows: a living room with an open kitchen equipped with a refrigerator / freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, ironing board, iron, coffeemaker, kettle and gas cooker plus complete dinnerware for the stated number of persons. The living room is equipped with a satellite TV (with Dutch channels), air-conditioning, a dining area and a sitting area. The house has two bedrooms: one furnished with a double bed, the other with two single beds. Both also have spacious wardrobes and air-conditioning. Duvets, linen and pillows are available. Furthermore, the house has a bathroom with a shower and sink with 24-hour hot water provided by solar panels, a separate toilet and 2 furnished balconies. In short, this is a perfect accommodation for a wonderful holiday!

This cottage is situated directly on a private beach and is just a 1 minute walk from the center of the cozy town of Konakli. Here you will find shops, restaurants, plenty of life and fun for both young and old. In addition, every Wednesday there is a big market. The house is part of a holiday park with several apartments and has 24 hour surveillance. In the park there are many facilities including a large swimming pool, children's playground, private beach with restaurant, supermarket, sauna and sports facilities. The private beach is quiet and is just 2 minutes away on foot. Here you will find various water sports possibilities including banana boat, water-skiing, paragliding and scuba diving. The private beach has a long pier which is an ideal place to fish. The restaurant is located on the beach, so you can enjoy dinner in a fantastic setting. At the entrance of the park there is a bus stop. In 10 minutes you can be in the center of the big city (for just 1 euro).
