Hi-Ho Hi-Ho Off to Dragons Castle We Go Superb 3 Bed Townhouse is your holiday home from home. Minutes from Disney World, Emerald Island combines high quality accommodation with all the amenities you would expect to find at an Executive Resort. Dragons Castle is nestled in this stunning, gated resort. Backing onto 11 acres of nature trails, this is a lovely place for a leisurely stroll, jogging or simply taking a picnic.
The Townhouse is located about 100 yards from the clubhouse, only a few minutes walk to the Heated Swimming Pool, Hot Tub, Tikki Bar & much more. Just what\'s needed after a hectic day at the attractions or that essential shopping! A few drinks at the Tikki Bar on a warm Florida evening, meeting friends old & new, is a nice way to finish the day. Don't forget that morning workout in the fitness center followed by a relaxing sauna or swim. All these resources are free to our guests. Should you need to keep in touch, there is an internet cafe or bring your own laptop & use the Wi-Fi in the clubhouse lounge. To keep the children amused there is a games room as well as 2 children\'s play areas. If you are feeling really energetic there are tennis, basketball & volleyball courts for your pleasure. Dragons Castle is a well equipped 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse. The master bedroom has a queen bed, en-suite bath/ shower room, TV/DVD, lighted fan & access to the balcony. Bedroom 2 has a full bed, TV/DVD & lighted fan. Bedroom 3 has twin beds TV/DVD & lighted fan. Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a bath/shower room. All bedrooms have radio alarm clocks. A travel cot is kept in the master bedroom suitable for small babies. A high chair plus stroller are also available. Extra pillows/ linens are provided for your comfort.
The kitchen is extremely well equipped, making home cooked meals a breeze. For those washday blues, a laundry room is fitted with a washing machine, tumble dryer, airer & iron/ ironing board. The dining area has a table with seating for 6 people & 2 high chairs at the breakfast bar. A telephone & answering machine are there should you need to be contacted (local calls are free). In the lounge area there is a fabulous 56\" TV & a DVD/ VCR. (a small selection of DVD's provided). For gamesters young & old, there is a play station & several games. A stereo radio/CD/tapedeck is also available in this area. A queen sofa bed provides the extra sleeping accommodation for parties of 8. Patio doors give access to a covered lanai with a lighted fan to the rear. A downstairs half bathroom is next to the laundry, where you will find blue pool towels, as well as extra house towels/ linens. Should you fancy picking up a book, a small library & games are kept here.
Emerald Island is one of the closest resorts to Disney & all the other attractions are close to hand, making it the perfect launching pad for your vacation. Restaurants & fast food outlets are plentiful along HWY192/ Fomosa Gardens. There are also supermarkets to cater for you needs both culinary & any other. Fomosa Gardens area has a medical centre & a pharmacy. The \"famed\" shopping malls of Florida are all within easy reach of your holiday base. Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars.
All rates are plus 13% tax, full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. A cleaning charge of $65 is payable for stays of less than 7 nights. Payment by C.C. Cancellation Policy: Reservation/ Damage deposit of $200 is required at time of booking. The deposit automatically converts to a security/ damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is not applied towards rent; however, it is fully refundable with 14 days of departure provided the following provisions are met.
(1) No damage is done to the unit or contents, beyond normal wear & tear.
(2) No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services during the stay.
(3) All debris, rubbish & discards are placed in dumpster, soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher & cleaned (turned on).
(4) All keys are left in the lockbox & the unit is left locked.
(5) All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
(6) No linens are lost or damaged. (7) No early check-in or late check-out.
(8) The renter is not evicted by the Owner (or Management Co.) or local law enforcement. Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
