Windsor Hills is a beautiful gated community just 1.5 miles (2.5km) from the gates of Walt Disney World. Each vacation home at Windsor Hills features a master suite with king or queen size bed, TV and a master bathroom with a garden tub and separate shower. All vacation homes have a private screened swimming pool with spa and all townhomes have a small pool. Each has a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area and formal dining area, TV, VCR or DVD player and a washer and dryer.

The fully air conditioned dream come true home has luxurious tropical furnishings and is professionally decorated throughout. Your every need has been anticipated. Enjoy the privacy of your own fully screened and optionally heated 28ft x 14ft pool with adjoining Jacuzzi/spa any time of day or night. The pool is equipped with a removable safety fence for added protection for young children. If you desire the shade, relax on the large covered lanai. This house borders the conservation area for extra privacy with upgraded outdoor furniture, including four chaise lounges and a dining table with chairs. The Family Room is perfect for watching your favorite shows on the plasma TV, with DVD and Sony Dream Surround Sound.

The home features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a bump out breakfast nook. The dining room has brand new furniture, including a table that seats 6-8 people comfortably. Two new stools tuck underneath the kitchen pass-through window to the dining room, providing extra space to eat meals or snacks. To complete the room, a café table with two chairs is nestled at the base of the stairway. The sleeping accommodations include two master suites with king-size beds, walk-in closets, 26 flat screen TV's, and en-suite bathrooms. There is a third master bedroom on the first floor with queen size bed and full bathroom. The fourth and fifth bedrooms have two twin beds in each. The Mickey Mouse bedroom has a trundle bed, so three can sleep in this room comfortably. All bedrooms have their own separate bathrooms and cable TV. A full size washer and dryer are located in the garage for your laundry needs.

One of the newest additions to this home is the fully equipped Game Room, featuring a pool table, foosball table, dartboard, TV, DVD player and Sony Playstation II with two gaming chairs. The room also features a variety of board games for all ages, a comfortable sofa for relaxing, and a café table with two chairs.
