5 minutes from Disney World our resort offers a secure gated community Our 3 Bedroom condo in the Windsor Palms Resort is approx. 1,300 square feet with full living room and dining room. We offer a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances including a washer, dryer and all necessary cookware. Our bedrooms are set up with a king master bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom, our second bedroom has a queen bed and shares an ensuite bathroom with the third bedroom which has two twin beds. Your own private lanai overlooks the park area and provides a secluded spot to relax. There are 4 televisions, wireless internet and unlimited long distance included. This outstanding resort provides you with full access to the Olympic sized swimming pool with whirlpool/spa and separate toddler pool. Inside the community center is a sundry shop, arcade, games room and a fitness room. There is also a 52 seat movie theater at your disposal. Volleyball, basketball, tennis courts (lighted courts) and bike rentals are available. There is a picnic/BBQ area and a children's' play area on-site. A shuttle service to area attractions is available for a small charge. Payment Policy: All prices are in Canadian dollars and include the 13% Florida Sales Tax and maid cleaning.
There are no extra charges and we do not ask for a security deposit. A completed booking from must be returned along with the deposit.
Deposit amount is 25% of the total rental rate and payments can be made by cheque or PayPal.
Booking is considered firm once we acknowledge the receipt and bank clearance of the cheque or PayPal payment in writing or by e-mail. Cancellation Policy: Your booking can be cancelled subject to the following:
1. more than 8 weeks prior to arrival, there will be a $50 administration charge.
2. 7 weeks prior to arrival - loss of deposit.
3. 6 weeks prior to arrival - 50% of the rental amount penalty.
4. 5 weeks prior to arrival - 75% of the rental amount penalty.
5. 4 weeks prior to arrival - 100% of the rental amount penalty. Rules: 1. Condo check in time - 3:00 pm local time on day of arrival and check out time - 11:00 am on date of departure.
2. All guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an older guest.
3. Entire resort including condo is a non smoking area.
4. Animals and pets are not allowed in the condominium.
5. The management company will inspect the property for loss, damage and cleanliness following departure. The party leader as stated on the booking form will be liable for all costs resulting form thtis inspection other than acceptable wear and tear.
