This 4 bedroom townhouse rental in Kissimmee can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. It features two king-size beds, a queen-size bed, bunk beds and a double sofa sleeper. The bedrooms are spacious and professionally decorated for your rest and relaxation. The three bathrooms have all the amenities and facilities needed for your convenience. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped for cooking just about anything and there is a private gas barbecue as well.

The living room features a 50” flat screen TV and a load of other entertainment facilities. Also, there is a reading library, fax machine and Internet access. This child friendly Kissimmee, Florida vacation rental has a covered lanai with pool furniture and a courtyard with a splash pool for lounging or sunbathing. Payment Policy:

Rates are in US Dollars.

All properties are non-smoking and absolutely no pets allowed.

By state law, occupancy may not exceed what is posted for each home. Maximum occupancy includes infants and children.

Reservation Deposit and Payments.

To confirm your Reservation a $200.00 deposit is required. The deposit will be applied to the total amount due. The final payment is due 30 days before your arrival date and is non-refundable at that point.

The final payment will be billed to your credit card on file unless other payment arrangements have been made.

All rates are subject to 13% state and tourist tax.

There is a one time cleaning fee for stays less than 5 nights.

A Security Deposit of $250.00 is requires against any damages or loss that may occur. Please be advised that intentional damage or gross negligence will result in additional costs.

The deposit can be made using any accepted major credit card as listed below or cash upon check-in during normal business hours, or by check up to (30) days in advance.

Charges for any damage or loss will be applied to your credit card or deducted from your check or cash deposit.

The guest will be reimbursed the full amount or any portion thereof after the home has been inspected, should no damage or loss have occurred. This reimbursement will be mailed to your home address on file in a timely manner.

Date Change Request

Any request to change a confirmed reservation date is subject to availability, however, Paradise Palms will do its best to accommodate you whenever possible.

Please Note that pool heat is not include in the price of the Home. Please see optional services for pool heat charges and other incidental charges. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations received 30 days prior to your arrival date are refundable subject to a cancellation fee of $50.00.

Cancellations made within 30 days or less prior to your arrival date will be refundable at 50% of the full amount.

Cancellations made within the twenty-four (48) hour period immediately prior to your arrival date are ineligible for any form of reimbursement. Rules:
