The property is a sympathetically restored and renovated Georgian townhouse dating from 1801 which has been decorated to a high standard with a bespoke country kitchen with marble worktops and beautiful bedrooms with king size beds. The Townhouse is located in the centre of Kirkcudbright, on the beautiful north Solway shore. Many original features remain in this delightful holiday home, including fireplaces in the sitting room and bedroom, original polished timber floors throughout and a staircase with exposed beams. The pretty harbour with its selection of shops, cafes and pubs, and walking or cycling opportunities are on your doorstep.

Gas central heating. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, colour TV with Freeview, DVD/CD, small library of books/DVDs. All fuel & power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Travel cot & highchair on request. Roadside parking for 3 cars. Small south facing rear patio with furniture & BBQ. Sorry, no pets & no smoking. Shop & pub 2 mins walk. Note: Property suitable for a maximum of 8 people (including infants and children under 12). Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Sun'.
