Ref 4600 Poulnasherry Lodge is a detached cottage in the townland of Newton East, just four miles from the seaside town of Kilkee in County Clare. The cottage sleeps five people in three bedrooms (one double with an ensuite, one twin and one single). The cottage also contains a family shower room and an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with an open fire. Outside the cottage is ample off road parking and a front lawned garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Just a ten minute walk from the beach, Poulnasherry Lodge is a fabulous family holiday cottage in beautiful County Clare.

Oil central heating with additional heating from open fire in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV, DVD, CD/radio, library of books, games and DVDs. All fuel, power and starter pack of fuel included in rent (€30 supplement paid directly to owner Oct - Mar inclusive). Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Lawned garden to front with patio, furniture and BBQ. Two well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles, beach 10 mins walk. No Telephone, No Smoking, Parking Available, Twin Bed, Child Friendly, Crib, Washer/Dryer, Double Bed
