Payment Policy:

All rates are in US Dollars.

Special Rates Not Applicable On Holidays

Reservation is not held nor confirmed until the following occurs:

(1) the Guest Agreement is completed and signed by the "Primary Guest" and returned via fax or email within 5 days from the issue date.

(2) 50% of the total payment unless otherwise agreed to. Upon receipt of both, we will furnish a confirmation. If Agreement and 50% deposit is not received within seven.

(7) days, then this Reservation will be deemed cancelled. Final payment of the remaining 50% of the total payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. If arrival date is less than 60 days, then full payment will be required with signed agreement. [See Guest Agreement.]

Final payment of the remaining 50% of the total payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. If arrival is less than 60 days, then full payment will be required with the signed guest agreement. If we are unable to charge your credit card 60 days before your arrival, we will attempt to contact you, but if we are unable to reach you or you cannot provide payment within 24 hours your reservation may be canceled and we will make your reservation available to others. In this case your initial deposit will not be refunded (see cancellation policy).

Reservation changes which result in a reduction of more than 25% are treated as a cancellation and a rebooking. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel this reservation, call us. Once we have received signed Guest Agreement and initial payment, Guest-initiated cancellations may be accepted and a refund granted only if the villa(s) can be re-booked for the full period of guest's scheduled occupancy, and will be subject to a cancellation fee equal of 25% of the total occupancy amount, plus all applicable State of Hawaii and County of Maui taxes. If villa(s) cannot be rebooked for any of the same dates, then all amounts paid by Guest shall belong to the Owner, and Guest will thereupon be released from any further liability to Owner. Thus, we respectfully ask that you understand, and perhaps more importantly; are comfortable with these policies. See Guest Agreement for further details. IMPORTANT MATTERS:

Please remove footwear when entering the villa to avoid soil or sand into the carpets or wood floors.

Please dry your feet before entering the villa from the pool and ocean.

Please notify us in the event of any mechanical defect. Emergency phone number 808-357-5331 Certain closets/cabinets throughout the villa may be locked as they may contain owner belongings.

If you have children in your party, please make certain that they do not make excess noises which might disturb other guests who stay at the villas.

TENDER CARE: We are making available our luxury villa for your enjoyment. We would appreciate it if you could treat the villa exactly or even better than your own home by being considerate inside the villa by not smoking. Please no sitting on any of the indoor furniture with wet bathing suits and completely wash off sand and sun protection products before sitting on furniture to avoid causing a need to re-cover. Your consideration will be most appreciated.

PARKING: There are a total of six parking spaces for the four villas to share. There may be occasions where there is not enough parking for all the guests. If it is full, please park either across the street or by the beach access road along the brick wall. Make sure you lock your cars for overnight parking outside of the property boundary. The parking stalls are not marked. Please make sure you park all the way towards the rock wall and leave room for other guests. Your consideration is appreciated.
