Ref 11305 Castle View is a terraced cottage near to the centre of the Pembrokeshire village of Kidwelly. The cottage sleeps six people and has one double bedroom, one twin room, one room with bunk beds and a family bathroom. Also in the cottage are a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room. Outside the cottage is an enclosed courtyard patio with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Perfect for a family holiday in South Wales, Castle View provides a good holiday home in a lovely area.

Full gas central heating with additional heating from electric fire in sitting room. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, selection of books, games and DVDs. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent (please bring own beach towels). Travel cot and highchair. Roadside parking. Enclosed courtyard patio with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: Cottage directly on road so children to be supervised at all times. Note: Double bedroom up a narrow spiral stairway and with sloping ceilings. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Sat'.
