Ref 11256 Dyffryn House is a detached cottage in the village of Kidwelly in South Wales. The cottage has six bedrooms (two doubles, three twins, one with bunks and a folding bed), one ensuite bathroom and one family bathroom making it suitable for up to thirteen people. The cottage also has a fitted kitchen and two sitting rooms, one with a dining area. Outside the cottage is off road parking for five cars, an enclosed lawned garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, plus a hot tub. With all of South Wales to discover, Dyffryn House makes a superb holiday home for a large family or a group of friends.

Gas range oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, 2nd fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, Playstation 2, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent (please bring own beach towels and towels for hot tub). Hot Tub. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 5 cars. Enclosed lawned gardens and large patio with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: There is a £50 supplement for use of the hot tub, payable directly to the owner. The owner requires advance notice for use of the hot tub. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Fri'.
