With three bedrooms, two doubles and a twin, all with en-suites, this property sleeps six comfortably. There is also a fitted kitchen with dining area and a sitting room completing this cottage. Outside there is off road parking for three cars, a side gravelled area and a rear lawned garden leading onto the golf course. With the town and its amenities and beach on the doorstep, 2 Oakwood manor is a great holiday cottage.

Electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, colour TV, DVD player, CD/radio, selection of DVDs. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Front and side gravelled gardens, rear garden with decked and lawned areas and garden furniture, backing onto golf course. One well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 12 mins walk. Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Sat'.

Kenmare regional information

Kenmare is located at the head of Kenmare Bay sometimes called the Kenmare River (An Ribhéar) where the Roughty River (An Ruachtach) flows into the sea, and at the junction of the Iveragh Peninsula and the Beara Peninsula. The traditional Irish name of the bay was Inbhear Scéine from the celtic inver, which is recorded in the 11th Century narrative Lebor Gabála Érenn as the arrival point of the mythological Irish ancestor Partholón. It is also located near the MacGillycuddy's Reeks, Mangerton Mountain and Caha Mountains and is a popular hillwalking destination.
