Ref 5675 Linton Mill Farmhouse is a spacious semi-detached cottage in a rural location near Kelso in the Scottish borders. The four bedrooms are generously sized, and comprise a first floor double with en-suite shower room, leading to a first floor twin, a further first floor twin and a ground floor double. There is also a family bathroom with bath, basin and WC on the first floor. Donwstairs, the living accommodation is cosy and well-equipped, with a kitchen, utility, dining room and a sitting room with an open fire. Outside is a lawned garden with a steam running through it, and ample off road parking. Linton Mill Farmhouse is close to walking and cycling, and within easy reach of the coast, making it a fantastic base for a year-round break.

Full oil central heating, additional heating from open fire in sitting room. Gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, colour TV, DVD, CD/radio, books/games/DVDs. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Lawned garden with garden furniture. Up to 3 dogs welcome at £20 pppw. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: There is an open burn (stream) running through the garden. No Telephone, No Smoking, Parking Available, Twin Bed, Child Friendly, Washer/Dryer, Double Bed

Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Fri'.
