Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in US Dollars.
A deposit of one 1/2 of the total fee is at the time of booking.
Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

The total charge for your stay will include the rental fee, a one-time cleaning fee of $75-$150 (depending on size of party and length of stay) and Hawaii taxes (13.42%). Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one night rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised. Rules: General House Rules:
In accord with usual Hawaiian custom, please remove you shoes at the door of the ohana. There is a rack on which to place your shoes.
Also, please be careful not to track red cinder, lava, or dirt into carpeted areas.
Please observe quiet hours from 10pm to 8am in consideration of our neighbors. You may use TV, DVD, CD player, etc. Just be considerate with the volume.
Garbage:
Ants are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean and free of crumbs. Dispose of all trash appropriately.
No pets permitted.
Smoking Policy:
Completely non-smoking unit.
On Departure:
All furniture should be in the same place as it was on arrival.
The kitchen should be clean, dishes washed, and refrigerator wiped down.
All trash should be bagged and disposed of in garbage container outside next to unit. Feel free to leave recyclables in recycle container.
Check under beds and furniture for all personal belongings.
Leave keys on kitchen table.
