A 50% deposit within 10 days of booking is required The Remainder is due 30 days prior to your booking date to ensure you are serious about staying with us. HST does apply There is a $600 cash damage deposit due upon arrival that you will get Back in full as long as the cottage is left in the same state and condition you found it with no damage, stains and is clean except for the beds made. Cancellation Policy: If you Cancel less than 4 weeks before your stay there will be no refund. Travel Insurance is recommended.
If you cancel more than 90 days a refund you half of your deposit will be refunded. Less than 90 days there will be no refund on your deposit.
Again, we recommend you get travel insurance. in the event of a an extreme circumstance we are open to negotiate but reserve the right to stick to our standard policy. Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice. There is a $600 damage deposit on the house. 2 Dogs is acceptable with an additional cleaning fee of $50 per dog and a damage deposit of $100 per Dog.
Garbage HST does apply Policy Due to wild animals, all trash should be placed in garbage can with the lid tightly secured. Ants are a common problem. Please keep the kitchen clean and free of crumbs. Dispose of all trash appropriately.
Smoking Policy: Absolutely No Smoking! Smoking is not permitted in the house. Smoking is permitted on the back deck or front porch. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
