Molokai Condo at Gorgeous Wavecrest Resort in Hawaii This Hawaiian Oceanfront Condo - Unit A-303 - Your Vacation Paradise , is one of the few top-floor fully-equipped recently updated condos available in the resort's A building; which is the one closest to the Pacific Ocean - at the unique and treasured Wavecrest Resort on Molokai's tropical East end. This location is considered to be the best one at the Wavecrest Resort, and the Wavecrest is easily the nicest resort on Molokai.
Driving out from Town, and then luxuriating amongst the beautiful Tropical grounds, is like taking a stroll back in time; to the Hawaii everyone first fell in love with. From the first time you go in through the front door, and drift out to the Lanai, you'll know you've come home. Now, have a seat and capture the everlasting three-island view.
This unit is recently upgraded with new appliances, doors, trim, crown molding, cherry laminate flooring, furniture, a Murphy bed in the Living Room (where you can go sleep and wake up looking out to Maui), designer lighting, fans, and plumbing fixtures. The view up and down the coastline, as well as across the Pailolo Channel to the Islands of Mau'i, Kahoolawe, & Lana'i is both breath-taking and soothing.
The kitchen is ready for your best efforts. Just about every cooking appliance and device imaginable (rice cooker, anyone?) are at your fingertips. There's filtered water to the ice-maker and a blender on the counter. Or, for a change in pace, go up to the store at 16mile & get a great burger or plate lunch.
Take a dip in the elegantly tiled pool, then meet your new friends in the Poolside Cabana-clubhouse complete with immaculate gas barbecues and an outdoor food prep area including a refrigerator. The Shuffle board and Tennis Courts are right there on-site and equipment is available free at the front desk. There's almost never a waiting time.
Don't forget to go to the Hotel and enjoy some appetizers & or/dinner. Every Friday at 4:30 the Kapunas (Elders) come in to play traditional music. Everyone will be there. Check out the Paddler's Inn in Kaunakakai, and don't miss the Cookhouse up in Kualapuu. This is the ONLY resort on the tropical East end of Molokai, just 13 easy miles from Kaunakakai. Security deposit -- $250.00 is taken at the time the reservation is made.
Reservations deposit - If your reservation start date is less than 90 days away, then 100% of the rental fee will be charged at the time of initial transaction.
If the reservation start date is more than 90 days from the initial transaction date, then 50% of the total rent is charged at the time of the initial transaction.
100% of Hawaii rental tax will be included in the initial charge.
The tax is currently a total of 13.42%. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations - must be made 30 or more days prior to occupancy start date.
Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to occupancy are subject to a non-refundable $50.00 fee.
The excess balance is credited back to you promptly.
It will either go back to the card you used, or a check will be mailed to you if the payment was made by check.
Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days prior to the occupancy start date are subject to a non-refundable fee of 25% the total rent, excluding the tax and security deposit if they have been collected -The tax and security deposit is returned. The excess balance will be promptly credited to you.
Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the start date are subject to an 85% (of the total rent) non-refundable fee. We will make every attempt to rent the condo to replace your reservation and if successful we will refund 75% of your deposit.
If there is an excess balance (for instance, the tax and security deposit), they will be promptly credited to you.
We will be pleased to book you into the unit at a different time. In that case, there will be no penalty, 100% of your deposit will apply. Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
