A beautiful "away from it" all villa in a idyllic setting of mountains & trees. Manlin Retreat is situated 1km outside the village of Cukurbag yet only 7km from the coastal town of Kas. Surrounded by a gated stone wall for privacy, it has secure parking & a private infinity pool with childrens end & pool toys. A large lounge diner has seating for 6 people and a TV &DVD player.
2 kingsize beds both have ensuite bathrooms ( a Jacuzzi to the Master bed, & full shower room to the other bed) and the twin bedded room has a full shower room. There is a fully equipped kitchen & utility room with washing machine.
Outside there is 6 sunbeds & parasols & a table & chairs for 6 for dining "Al fresco" and enjoy the beautiful scenery & a stone built barbecue. Fireplace, No Smoking, Poolside View, No Pets Allowed, Washing Machine Only, Shower, Spa Bath/Jetted Tub, Forest View, Terrace, Weekly Housekeeping, Balcony, Parking Available, Near Beach, DVD Library, Private Outdoor Pool, Near Marina, Maid Service Included, Child Friendly, Private Bathroom, Air Conditioning, Waterfront, Mountain, Patio There is a choice of 2 airports. Dalaman is the nearest, approx 2hrs 15mins ride, or Antalya which is 3hrs 15mins ride.
A car is necessary for this villa.
On leaving Dalaman airport follow the main road via the Antalya signs, going by Gocek, Fethiye, Kalkan & Kas. Kas is now bypassed,so continue until you come to the village of Agullu. Take the first turning on the left, follow this road, keeping to the left (downhill) when you come to a fork in the road at the begginning of Cukurbag village. There is a blue painted bus stop on the left. Continue through the village passing a Mosque on the right. 1km outside the village you will come to 3 newly built villas on the right. Yours is the last villa. From Antalya, follow the main road via Kemer & Demre. Before reaching Kas you come to the village of Agullu. Take the last turning on the right and follow the instructions as above. Someone will meet you here with a key as prearranged.

If you choose to book my villa I would accept personal cheques as payment but would prefer the money paid electronically into my bank account.
A deposit of 20% should be paid within 10 days of booking the villa , the remaining balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to your holiday. Cancellation Policy: If you choose to cancel your holiday for any reason, you would lose your deposit. Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.

If anything gets broken or damaged, it must either be paid for or replaced please.
