This spacious and modern apartment is comfortably furnished. Nothing has been left out which would cater to the convenience and comfort of the guest. This two-story house with two balconies has a total area of 57 m2 and is suitable for 4 to 6 persons. The entrance to the house is located on the ground floor. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and bidet. In the American-style living room you will find a flat screen TV, computer corner, two extractable sofas, a kitchen cupboard with all the necessary kitchen equipment, and a dining table for 6 persons. Guests can enjoy the wellness section of the house which is equipped with a sauna, a physiotherm infrared cabin and a solarium. Welcome to Austria's most beautiful hiking area - Kartitsch! This mountain village is situated in a valley surrounded by the Alps and Dolomites of Linz. Our apartment, which was built in 2007, lies at an altitude of 1,350 meters, on the sunny side of the Alps. It is in a tranquil environment (the Dolomites of Lienz are perfect for a long walk or hike) yet at the same time it is quite centrally located. Within 50 meters you will find a bank, post office, grocery store and café.
Visit the sports center of Kartitsch-Neuwinkel situated at the entrance to Winkler Valley. The tennis courts were built using the latest technology (for example, the courts can be used immediately after rain). In addition, multifunctional fields and courts (for badminton, handball, basketball and football) are waiting for you here. A Kneipp-bath and playground are also available. Breathe in the fresh air on a hike up to the Obstanersee Hütte (2,304m). In the background you can see the Großglockner. For a unique experience watch the sunrise on the 2,678 meter high Pfannspitze. The Obstanter ice cave is also spectacular and can be accessed via the Heny Duke hiking route which winds past the Obstanter waterfall and Henry Duke chapel.
