This large house has been divided into 3 separate apartments, and offers an ideal combination for larger groups or 3 families.
Apartment 1 is located on the ground floor and can accommodate 4 persons. The kitchen still exudes an old ambience and includes a kitchenette, refrigerator, 4-burner stove and an old-fashioned wood-fired tile kiln for fun and pleasant warmth. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and two single beds, a TV, radio and electric heater. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The apartment is centrally heated. Apartment 2 is located on the first floor and can be accessed via its own entrance and the garden doors. It is ideal for 6-8 persons. The kitchen is equipped with a kitchenette, refrigerator, coffee maker and 4-burner gas cooker. It is open to the living room where there is a dining table, sofa, TV, radio, piano and a wood-burning stove for warmth. The two bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed. One also has two single beds, the other an additional 2-person bed. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The apartment is centrally heated. Apartment 3 is a very stylish situated on the second floor, accessible by a private entrance and the garden doors to the terrace. It is ideal for 3 to 5 persons. In the big room there is a kitchen with a refrigerator, 4-burner gas stove, microwave and dining area. In the sleeping area there is a double bed and 1 single bed. Finally, there is a sitting area with a sofa, TV and radio. The sofa can be opened creating two additional sleeping places. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The apartment is centrally heated.

Getting there
Escape the hectic life and relax in a nature reserve in southwest Czech Republic. This large house contains three apartments and is surrounded by woods, overlooking a panoramic landscape. It is located just 3 km from the main road between Klatovy and Železná Ruda. The original farm house dates from 1941. In the ‘90s it was turned into a comfortable holiday accommodation. Each apartment has a private furnished terrace on a different side of the building, so privacy is guaranteed. There is a large communal garden with a swimming pool (diameter 3.6 m) and a terrace with wooden furniture and a grill. In the evening you can enjoy an unforgettable view from here. There is also a volleyball court. At the entrance to the enclosed area there is a pond with fish (not for catching) and there is ample parking on-site. You can rent the entire house or if you are a small group, you can rent separate apartments (BN38182, BN38183 and / or BN38184).
